A No matter it is cold-formed sheet pile or hot-rolled sheet pile, all the sheet piles could not be 100% waterproof. Sealant could be used to the interlocks if the waterproof requirement is high.

Q What is combi wall system ?
A Combi wall system is a kind of retaining wall, which could provide much higher section properties (moment of inertia, section modulus) than traditional sheet pile walls. It is often used in marine projects and harbor projects where there require long sections. It is usually divided into two different system: HZ combi wall and OZ combi wall.

A Raw material re-test (mechanical & Chemical), on-line UT, manual UT, RT & MT are available upon clients’ request.

Q What kind of steel or material do you supply?
A All kinds of steel suitable for manufacturing the sheet piles and pipe piles are available in our company. Chinese GB standard, EN standard, ASTM standard, AS/NZS standard or Canadian standard are all available. Client could also provide their own standard so that we could develop.

Q Why we use cold-formed sheet piles?
A Compared to hot-rolled sheet pile, cold-formed sheet pile has got equivalent or better section properties, same or lower weight (material cost), customized order quantity and length, and a uniform thickness which has made it much more stable during installation. The manufacturing process will not produce any air, sound or water pollution.
